PAT JENKINSON The family would like to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for the many kind expressions of sympathy and cards of condolence received following the sad loss of Pat. Beloved partner of Loll, mum, grandma, sister, auntie and friend. Thanking all who joined us to celebrate Pat's life and made it such a special day to remember. They would also like to express their appreciation to the staff at Talbot Funeral Service for their professional guidance and attention to detail. Our gratitude is also sent to Sandra, the Celebration of Life Minister for a thoughtful and moving service. Many thanks to Barbara and the staff at Mytton Fold for providing us with a lovely afternoon tea. Finally heartfelt thanks to the Macmillan Nurse (Claire) and Hospice at Home Nurse (Sonia) for their care throughout mum's illness.
