DAVID THEAKER Kath and family would like to thank the following Dr Burke for always being a phone call away, The Clayton District Nurses, Hospice at home for the night care, Prestige Agency for Davids personal care, Marie Curie, Willow Brook for our respite relief, Eileen Roberts the Macmillan Nurse and not forgetting my family in particular my step daughter Carole and neighbour Joan Sourbutts. But most especially East Lancashire Hospice who took such great care of David in his last few days. I really could not have coped without you all Thank you.
