JOHN "Jack" HAWORTH The family of the late Jack wish to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends and neighbours for cards of condolence, kind expressions of sympathy and donations received during their time of sorrow. Thanks to Spring Hill Care Home for their care given to Jack, also a special thanks to Rev Lena Talbot for her kind words and ministrations, to Talbot Funeral Service and to all who attended Jack's funeral.
