DAVID FORSHAW The family of the late David Forshaw wish to express their gratitude to all friends and neighbours for their support, cards of condolence and expressions of sympathy. A special thanks to I&A Carers of whom David was very fond and who took good care of him in our own home for 2 years. A special thank you to Kay and Rishton Funeral Services of 16 High Street, Rishton for their kind ministration and to Mr. John Bolton Funeral Director. Thanks to Mr. David Ireland, Celebrant for the lovely way in which he described David's life, and not forgetting Barbara Dawber who related her families fond memories of David. Thanking you all.
