ELSIE CAPPER Sandra, Philip, Victoria and Emily would sincerely like to thank family and friends for their kindness and support at the recent loss of a much-loved mother, grandmother and friend. Thanks to all who sent flowers, cards and attended Elsie's service. Special thanks to staff at B4 Royal Blackburn Hospital for taking such wonderful care of our Mum, and also to Scales Funeral Service.
