SHIRLEY MARY KENDALL The family would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for cards of condolence, messages of sympathy and donations received during their time of sorrow. Special thanks to the staff of Ward B8 Royal Blackburn Hospital for all their care, to the Rev David Stephenson for his kind ministrations, to Ainsworth’s Funeral Service for their dignified arrangements and to everyone who came to Shirley’s funeral.
