KATE ANNE DOUGLAS Passed away peacefully on February 16th 2018 after a long brave and courageous battle with cancer. Kate Anne aged 40 years. She was a loved partner to Les and mother of Lola, a dearly loved daughter of Robert and Kathleen (Douglas) also sister to Sander, Simon and Jane. Reposing in 'Peacehaven' Chapel of Rest. A service will be held at St. Leonard's Church, Langho on Tuesday March 6th at 12 noon followed by interment at Old Langho Church. Family flowers only please, donations in memory of Kate Anne if so desired may be given for Breast Cancer Care, c/o Mr. H. Taylor, Browse House, Sawley Road, Grindleton, Clitheroe, BB7 4QS. I knew Kate Ann from the mid-nineties. We were part of a very large group of close friends that enjoyed the Blackburn Nightlife during those glory years....over time our group got bigger and we partied harder....Kate Ann was always the life & Soul of any event and put a smile on our faces. She loved life and loved partying and did it extremely well. I have nothing but fond crazy memories of Kate Ann and that will live in us all who partied with her. I will miss her dearly....my condolences to Les, Lola and family.
