HAROLD BAILEY Peacefully in the Royal Blackburn Hospital on Saturday 10th February 2018, Harold aged 77 years. Best known for running pubs firstly the Balaclava in Blackburn before one in Bastwell then later The Old England Forever in Clayton before taking on the Dog & Partridge in Baxenden. Harold will be very sadly missed by all his loving family and friends. His funeral service will be held at 3.00pm, on Monday 19th February 2018 at Accrington Crematorium.
