PETER CARTMEL Suddenly, at Royal Blackburn Hospital on Thursday, 11th January 2018, Peter, aged 88 years. Dearly loved husband of Joan, and beloved father of Samantha and Sara. The funeral service will take place at Pleasington Crematorium on Monday, 22nd January 2018 at 3:45pm. Family flowers only please, but donations if so desired can be made to the British Heart Foundation, c/o Scales Funeral Service, 134/136 Darwen Street, Blackburn, BB2 2AJ.
