PATRICIA HOLMES (née Butterworth) On Friday 10 November 2017, peacefully at Longfield Residential Home after a long battle with Alzheimer's, Patricia, aged 75 years, formerly of Shadsworth Road, Blackburn. The dearly loved wife of John, much loved mum of Deborah, Georgina and Rachel and a dear mother in law, grandma and great grandma. Reposing in the Chapel of Rest. Funeral service at Pleasington Crematorium on Thursday 16 November at 11.30am. No flowers please but donations can be made for the Alzheimer's Society c/o Co-op Funeralcare, Mincing Lane, Blackburn, BB2 2EB. Tel 01254 57331.
