NORMAN SHUTTLEWORTH On Sunday 13th August 2017 at Royal Blackburn Hospital with his family by his side after a courageous battle with Vascular Dementia. Norman aged 91 year originally from Bolton, served in the Navy, thereafter a driver for Bolton Transport, Barlow and Jones and Wigglesworths. Devoted husband to Lillian ,wonderful father to Michael, William and David. Father in law to Denise, Cecilia, Geraldine and the late Judith. Loving grandfather to Tina, Jillian, Laura, Mark, Wayne, Michael and Ryan. Great grandfather to Megan, Jensen, Charlotte, Hayden, Jessica, Olivia, Charlie and Libby. Reposing in the Darwen Chapel of Rest, Blackburn Road, Darwen. The funeral service and committal will take place at Pleasington Crematorium on Tuesday 29th August 2017 at 11.30 am. Family flowers only please, but donations will be received in memory of Norman to Only Foals and Horses Great Harwood, a charity close to Norman's heart. c/o Darwen Funeral Service, 59-61 Blackburn Road, Darwen.
