ZDZISLAW (JIMMY) KOZLOWSKI Peacefully on Thursday 20th April 2017, at Springhill Care Centre, Fortified by the Rites of the Holy Mother Church, Jimmy in his 91st year and formerly of Blackburn and Darwen. The dearly loved husband of the late Herta, a much loved father of Krystyna, Anna Rosa and Peter, a dear father-in-law of Lynne, a devoted and loving grandad of Sarah, Adam, Robert, Luke, Lauren, Curtis and Millie, great grandad and a dear brother. Jimmy will be sadly missed by both his loving family and many friends. A Requiem Mass will be celebrated at Sacred Heart R.C. Church, on Wednesday 3rd May 2017 at 1.45pm prior to a burial at Pleasington Cemetery. Reposing in the Chapel of Rest, Broomfield Place, Witton.
