LORD THOMAS TAYLOR Died Friday 25th November 2016 as a result of a tragic accident. Thomas aged 87 years, formerly council leader of Blackburn. Husband of the late Lady Kathleen Taylor, much loved father of Paul and father-in-law of Diane, a devoted and respected 'pops' of Deborah and Kevin, great grandad of Samuel and Abigail and also a dear brother of Ivy and Jean. Thomas will be sadly missed by his loving family and many friends and colleagues. A Service will be held at Blackburn Cathedral on Monday 9th January 2017 at 12.00 noon prior to a burial at Pleasington Cemetery. No flowers by family request donations may be made in memory of Thomas to Woodlands URC c/o The Alty Funeral Service. Enq.
