GEORGE BENNETT ALMOND Peacefully on Saturday 26th November 2016, at home, George aged 87 years. The dearly loved husband of Audrey, a much loved father of Andrew and Paul, a dear father-in-law of Susan, and a devoted and loving grandpa of Sophie. George will be sadly missed by his loving family and many friends. A short service will be held at Pleasington Crematorium on Wednesday 7th December 2016 at 3.00pm prior to a Thanksgiving service at Westbury Gardens Church at 3.45pm. Reposing in the Chapel of Rest, Broomfield Place, Witton. Family flowers only, or if so desired donations may be made in memory of George to East Lancs Hospice c/o The Alty Funeral Service. Enq.
