JOHN (JACK) IBBOTSON On Friday 25th November 2016, at East Lancs Hospice, peacefully with his family by his side. Formerly of Larmenier Retirement Village and previously of Lammack Road. Jack aged 97 years, the dearly loved husband for 67 years of Margaret, a much loved father of John and Elizabeth. Always known as Jack to his grandchildren Christopher, Katie and Rebecca and “Big Jack†to great grandchildren Madeleine, Jack, Gabriella and Joshua. A Service will be held at St James Church, St James Road, Blackburn on Wednesday 7th December at 1.15pm prior to cremation at Pleasington Crematorium. Reposing in the Chapel of Rest, Broomfield Place, Witton. Family flowers only, or if so desired donations may be made in memory of Jack to East Lancs Hospice. c/o The Alty Funeral Service. Enq.
