JACK SOUTHWORTH On Tuesday, 20th September 2016, suddenly, but peacefully in hospital. Jack aged 84 years. Beloved husband of Hazel, much loved dad of Lynne and Mark, dear father-in-law of Tez and Jane, treasured grandad of Sam, Chris, Josh and Max, devoted great-grandad of Lyla, cherished brother of Alice, Bill and the late Chris also a loving uncle and friend of many. Funeral service at Pickup Bank Old Chapel on Monday, 3rd October at 1 p.m. will be followed by committal at Pleasington.
