DAVID MICHAEL SMITH (SMACK) On Wednesday 24th August 2016, Peacefully at his home in Knuzden, Blackburn, David aged 66 years. The dearly beloved husband of Jennifer, devoted father of Christopher and Alexdra, father-in-law of Mark, much loved grandad of Archie and Charlie and loving brother of the late Edna May. A funeral service and committal will take place on Monday 5th September at Accrington Crematorium at 1.40pm. Family flowers only please but donations in memory of David may be made to Macmillan Cancer Support c/o Hyndburn Funeral Services, Queens Road, Accrington, Tel 01254 233133.
