JOSEPH CAMERON (JOE) BIRNEY Passed away peacefully on 2nd February 2016 after a short illness in hospital, Joe aged 82 years. Much loved husband of the late Ina. Loving dad and father in law and a good friend to many. Reposing in the Mill Hill Chapel of Rest, 9 New Wellington Street, Blackburn, where flowers will be received.
