CHARLES PATRICK CHAPMAN Peacefully on Thursday 19th November 2015, in hospital, after an illness courageously fought, Charles aged 66 years. The dearly loved husband of Gillian, a treasured daddy of Laurenne, and adoring grandad of Amelia. Charles will be sadly missed by his loving family and many friends A Service will be held at Blackburn Cathedral on Friday 4th December 2015 at 11.00am followed by interment at Pleasington Cemetery. Reposing in the Chapel of Rest, Broomfield Place, Witton. Family flowers only, or if so desired donations may be made in memory of Charles to Rosemere Cancer Foundation c/o The Alty Funeral Service.
