PATRICIA SAMUELS Peacefully at home on 29th August 2015, Aged 77 Years, Pat Samuels of Blackburn. Dearly loved Wife of John, Mum to Christine, Carol, Antony and a much loved Nanny and Great-Nanny. Pat’s Funeral Service is to be held at Pleasington Crematorium on Friday 11th September 2015 at 11:30am. Family flowers only please, donations if desired in memory of Pat will be gratefully received for East Lancashire Hospice.
