JOAN HUNTER (Nee Nolan) On Wednesday 19th August 2015, at the East Lancashire Hospice, Blackburn and of Wilpshire, Joan aged 87 years. Dearly beloved wife of Gordon, much loved mother of Patricia, John, Anne, Ian and Catherine, mother-in-law of Peter, Jinny, Jim, Christine and Philip, loving grandma of John,David, Rachel, James, Thomas, Andrew and William, great grandma of Isabella, Ruby, Alfie, twins Daniel and Robert, Nell Hope, and Olivia Joan. Also a sadly missed sister of Dennis and the late Bert (D-Day Veteran). Akela to hundreds of Cub Scouts. Reposing at the Chapel of Rest, Talbot Funeral Service, Tel 01254 695995. 341 Whalley New Road, Blackburn. A service of thanksgiving for the life of Joan will be held at St. Peter's Church, Salesbury on Wednesday 2nd September, 12 noon, prior to committal at Pleasington Crematorium. No flowers by request please but donations may be made to the East Lancashire Hospice c/o Talbot Funeral Service or to St Peter's Church on the day. Members of the Scout movement please wear uniform.
