DEAN ANTHONY MARTINDALE On Saturday 24th January 2015 suddenly at home Dean, aged 44 years. Much loved son of Hazel and John. Dear brother of Damian and the late Wayne. A dear uncle, nephew, cousin and a good friend to many. Reposing in the Mill Hill Chapel of Rest, 9 New Wellington Street, Blackburn where flowers will be received. Funeral service and cremation to take place on Wednesday 4th February at Pleasington Crematorium at 3.00pm. The family request that mourners wear casual clothing and rovers shirts.
