MAJOR WILLIAM ROBERT (BILL) BANFIELD Major William Robert (Bill) Banfield (Ret’d), aged 72 years, died in Royal Blackburn Hospital on 15th August 2014. He finally lost his long and brave battle against aggressive prostate cancer. Beloved husband to Teresa, loving father to Pamela, Robert, Paul and Toby, grandad to Brandan and Charlotte. A 2.20 pm service will take place on Tuesday, 26 August at Accrington Crematorium followed by reception at Mytton Fold Hotel, Langho. Family flowers only please.
