A man riding an off-road bike failed to stop for officers in Pendle.
The incident happened at around 4pm today (April 30) in Barker House Road, Nelson.
Police say the man, pictured below, was riding the vehicle without insurance.
They are looking to deliver him paperwork which "will invite him to attend court to explain why he is riding such a vehicle on the road."
